How it Works
Log your billing and payment entries on ABSI Paper Logs or an ABSI Digital Log.
You email paper entries and special instructions to ABSI.
Client statements are created on your schedule and/or on request.
Billing/Management/Cashflow reports and/or data provided to you on your schedule or when you request.
ABSI can email all or some of your clients’ statements.
You can create payment arrangements for clients that cannot pay in full.
How to Start
Email last Client Statements to ABSI.
ABSI copies balances, addresses, email, phones, and billing rates.
Billing histories can be exported at a cost for first month or free after sixth month.
Data Backup
You own all your data and we provide it to you.
ABSI backs-up your data daily.
We provide you with all your backed up data on modern database compatible form anytime you request and/or once a quarter.
