  • Price: $150 per month for data typed into spreadsheets or $300 per month if handwritten.
  • Firms with more than 15 clients: Custom pricing quoted.
  • Month-to-month service — no long-term commitment.
  • Your logo (if provided) appears on all client statements.
  • Your billing database belongs to you and is always available within 30 minutes.
  • We email your database to you monthly or upon request encrypted and in an exportable spreadsheet format for download to your computer.

  • Protections: We back up your data continuously and provide you with a full backup upon request (within one business hour.) Normally, we provide you with a backup once a month. The backup provides data portability and is compatible with all modern databases and programs.
  • Security: Your data is handled securely by experienced staff who have been with us for an average of 12 years. All have signed confidentiality agreements. As our former name ProData and now Attorney Billing Service we have handled 2.8 billion transactions over 30 years without even a suggestion of a security incident Term: You can discontinue at any time with an email notice effective when you want. How We Work with You

Start-Up:

  • You email your most recent client bills.
  • We post balances due, addresses, emails, and other client information.

Ongoing:

  • You email a spreadsheet (example provided) with time entries, costs, payments, retainers, and trust activity.
  • You send new client information as needed, including:
